BANK is seeking part-time Teller/CSR responsible for performing a wide variety of exceptional customer service and teller functions in the Burlington office. Must be extremely well-versed in customer service, handling cash transactions accurately and confidently, and be a strong critical thinker.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in person, on the phone, in email, and through the drive through windows.
Be a visible and positive public advocate for BANK.
Within 60 days be able to do the following:
Accurately process customer and bank related transactions and requests
Learn the various bank products and services available to customers of all types and be able to explain the features and benefits as it best fits customers and their unique situations.
Become competent at addressing customer questions, resolve any questions or concerns.
Be able to refer non-teller related issues or requests to the appropriate bank personnel.
Learn and understand various applicable laws, regulations and procedures
Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude and mentality.
Work Saturday morning shifts regularly.

Strong familiarity with various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to learn other computer programs and applications quickly.
